Maçka Democracy Park, located in the Valley of Maçka, covers a large area between the BJK İnönü Stadium and Nişantaşı. There are two sections with sports equipments, two playgrounds, two coffee houses, an artificial island and nine artificial pools. In addition to linden trees, poplar trees, hornbeams, chestnut trees, oak trees, locust trees, plane tree, redwood, walnut trees, ash trees, there are also hundreds of different types of plants.
